1. Company Information

The Platform is operated by Skinerius OÜ, a private limited company registered in Estonia under registry code 17344637, with its registered office at Tuulemäe tn 5, Lasnamäe linnaosa, 11411 Tallinn, Harju maakond, Estonia and represented by Ivans Matvejevs (Member of the Management Board). 2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account, and at least 18 years old to place an order. If you are between 16 and 18 you may browse and build a cart, but you may not purchase. By using the Platform you confirm that you meet these requirements and that the payment method you use belongs to you.

3. Nature of the Service

The Platform facilitates the purchase and delivery of virtual, digital in-game items (“Items”) for Counter-Strike 2 and related titles. We act solely as an intermediary that sources Items from third-party suppliers and marketplaces. We do not create, publish, own, or control the Items or the Steam platform, and our ability to deliver depends on third-party availability. Your use of Steam and of any Items remains subject to Valve’s Steam Subscriber Agreement and related policies, and you are responsible for your own compliance with them.

4. Steam Integration & Delivery Details

To receive Items you must provide accurate account information, including a valid Steam Trade URL, and keep your account in good standing. We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect trade URLs, private inventories, account restrictions, or Steam trade holds.

5. Orders, Pricing, Taxes and Payments

The final charge for every order is made in US Dollars (USD) and includes our service fee. For convenience the Platform may display prices in another currency, such as Euro; any non-USD figure is indicative only, and your bank or card issuer may apply its own exchange rate and fees. Prices are shown inclusive of any applicable VAT or sales tax unless stated otherwise; depending on your location additional taxes or duties may apply. Payments are processed by secure third-party payment providers; card details are entered on the provider’s hosted page and are never stored by us. We may refuse, cancel, or limit any order we suspect involves fraud, abuse, or a breach of these Terms.

6. Delivery of Digital Goods

Items are delivered via Steam trade offers or other applicable digital methods. Delivery usually completes within a short time of payment confirmation, but any stated timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed, as delivery depends on third-party supply and Steam.

7. Digital Content and Right of Withdrawal

Because Items are digital content delivered immediately, you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that any statutory right of withdrawal may be lost once delivery has begun, to the extent permitted by law.

8. Refunds

Completed deliveries are generally non-refundable except where required by law. Where we fail to deliver an Item you paid for, we may, at our discretion, re-deliver, provide store credit, or issue a refund. See our Refund Policy for details.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or other users’ accounts;
• Interfere with or compromise the security or integrity of the Platform;
• Violate Steam’s terms, policies, or subscriber agreement;
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts without our authorization.

10. Intellectual Property and Non-Affiliation

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by or licensed to Skinerius OÜ and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Trademarks and game content belong to their respective owners.

Skineriusou is an independent marketplace. It is not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored, or associated with Valve Corporation. Counter-Strike, CS2, Steam, and related marks are trademarks of Valve Corporation, used here for descriptive purposes only.

11. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time for a violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, or to comply with legal obligations.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform and Items are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including any guarantee of continuous availability or of the future value or usability of virtual Items.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

14. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and process personal data.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect upon publication, and your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia, together with any applicable EU legislation. The courts of Estonia have jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights or remedies available to you in your country of residence.
