👋Getting started

What is Skineriusou?
Skineriusou is an online marketplace for Counter-Strike 2 (CS2) skins - weapon finishes, knives, gloves, agents, stickers, charms and cases. We list over 20,000 items with live market pricing, and deliver purchases straight to your Steam inventory through a trade offer.
Do I need an account to shop?
You can browse the full catalog, use search and filters, and fill your cart without signing in. When you check out we ask for your contact details and your Steam trade URL so we can deliver your items. Signing in with Steam is optional but makes checkout faster and lets us show your profile.
Is Skineriusou legit and safe to use?
Yes. Card payments are handled entirely on our payment provider’s secure hosted page - your card number never touches our servers. Items are delivered through Steam’s official trade system, and we only ever read your public Steam profile. We never ask for your Steam password or your account’s login details.
Are you affiliated with Valve or Steam?
No. Skineriusou is an independent marketplace and is not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored, or associated with Valve Corporation. We act as an intermediary that sources items from third-party suppliers. Counter-Strike, CS2, Steam, and related marks are trademarks of Valve Corporation, used here for descriptive purposes only.

🛒Buying skins

How are prices calculated?
Every item is priced from live CS2 market data (sourced from Skinport) and refreshed regularly. On top of the market rate we add a small, fixed service fee that covers sourcing, secure delivery and support. The price you see on the item is the final price - the fee is already included, and nothing extra is added at checkout.
How do I find a specific skin?
Use the search box in the top bar, or open the shop and filter by category (rifles, knives, gloves, agents, stickers, charms, cases), weapon, wear, and price range. You can also filter to StatTrak items and sort by price or name. Results are paginated 24 items per page.
What do Wear, StatTrak™ and Souvenir mean?
Wear is the visual condition of a skin, from Factory New (cleanest) through Minimal Wear, Field-Tested and Well-Worn to Battle-Scarred (most worn) - it affects both looks and price. StatTrak™ skins count your confirmed kills on a built-in tracker. Souvenir items were dropped during live professional tournaments and carry commemorative stickers. Each of these is shown clearly on the item page.
Why does an item show “Out of stock”?
Each listing reflects real availability. Because skins are unique market items, popular pieces sell out. When an item is out of stock you can’t add it to your cart - check back later or browse similar items, as our catalog updates continuously.

💳Payments

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa and Mastercard) through our payment provider. When you continue to payment you’re taken to the provider’s secure, PCI-compliant page to enter your card details.
Is my card information safe?
Your full card number, expiry and security code are entered directly on our payment provider’s hosted page and are never sent to, seen by, or stored on Skineriusou’s servers. This keeps your sensitive data with a specialised, certified payment processor.
Why am I taken to another page to pay?
To keep your card data secure, card entry happens on our payment provider’s dedicated page rather than on our site. After you complete payment - including any 3-D Secure verification from your bank - you’re returned to Skineriusou and we confirm your order automatically.
What is the extra verification step during payment?
That’s 3-D Secure (for example Visa Secure or Mastercard Identity Check). Your bank may ask you to confirm the payment via an app notification, SMS code, or password. It’s a standard anti-fraud step that protects you, and it happens on your bank’s page.
My payment failed or was declined - was I charged?
No. If a payment is declined or fails, no money is taken and your cart is kept so you can try again - for example with a different card. If your bank shows a temporary authorisation hold, it is released automatically. If a charge ever looks wrong, contact us and we’ll investigate.
Which currency am I charged in?
Your card is always charged in US Dollars (USD). For convenience the site can display prices in Euro, but any Euro figure is indicative only; the actual charge is in USD, and your bank may apply its own exchange rate and fees. We show a reminder of this at checkout.

📦Delivery

How do I receive the skins I buy?
We deliver every purchase as a Steam trade offer sent to the trade URL you provide at checkout. Once the offer arrives, you accept it in Steam and the items appear in your inventory. Nothing is ever shipped physically - it’s all in-game items.
What is a Steam trade URL and where do I find it?
Your trade URL is a personal link Steam uses to send you trade offers. In Steam, open Inventory → Trade Offers → “Who can send me Trade Offers?”, and copy the Trade URL shown there. Paste it into the checkout form so we can deliver your items. It should start with https://steamcommunity.com/tradeoffer/.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery usually happens within minutes of your payment being confirmed. During periods of very high demand it can take a little longer. You’ll see your order status update automatically on the confirmation page after you pay.
Why might a trade be held or delayed by Steam?
Steam applies trade holds of up to 15 days when an account isn’t fully secured. To receive items instantly, enable Steam Guard Mobile Authenticator on your account for at least 7 days and keep your account in good standing. These holds come from Steam, not from Skineriusou.
What if my items don’t arrive?
If a trade offer doesn’t reach you, first check that your trade URL is correct and your inventory isn’t full or private. If everything looks right and items still haven’t arrived, contact our support with your Payment ID within 48 hours of purchase and we’ll re-deliver the trade or, if we cannot deliver, issue store credit or a full refund.

🎮Account & Steam

How does “Sign in with Steam” work?
We use Steam’s official OpenID sign-in. You log in on Steam’s own page - we never see your Steam password - and Steam confirms your identity back to us. Signing in lets us greet you by name and speeds up delivery.
What Steam information can you see?
Only your public profile: your Steam display name and avatar. We do not have access to your password, your email, your friends list, or the ability to act on your account. We use Steam only to confirm who you are and to deliver items you buy.
How do I sign out?
Use the “Sign out” control next to your name in the top bar. This ends your session on Skineriusou. You can sign back in with Steam at any time.

↩️Refunds & issues

What is your refund policy?
Skins are digital items, so once a trade has been delivered and accepted, the sale is final and can’t be reversed. However, if we are unable to deliver an item you paid for, you’re entitled to a re-delivery, store credit, or a full refund to your original payment method. Please report any non-delivery within 48 hours of purchase.
Where do the skins come from, and what happens if an item can’t be fulfilled?
We source many items ourselves and some through trusted third-party partner marketplaces. In rare cases, after you pay, a partner may no longer be able to supply a specific item, for example if it sold elsewhere at the same moment. If that happens we cancel just that item and refund it to your original payment method in full, automatically. You are only ever charged for what we actually deliver.
I received the wrong item - what now?
That’s rare, but if the item delivered doesn’t match what you ordered, contact support with your Payment ID and a screenshot of the trade. We’ll make it right by delivering the correct item or refunding you in full.
How are payment disputes handled?
If you don’t recognise a charge, please contact us before opening a bank dispute - most issues (like a pending authorisation or a delayed delivery) are resolved quickly. We keep a record of every order and delivery to help resolve any question fairly.

🛟Support & safety

How do I contact support?
Email us at admin@skineriusou.com and include your Payment ID (shown on your order confirmation) so we can help as fast as possible. Our team aims to reply within 24 hours.
How can I avoid scams?
Skineriusou will never ask for your Steam password, your Steam Guard codes, or remote access to your device. We only ever communicate from our official support address. Be cautious of anyone claiming to be “Skineriusou support” on Steam or Discord asking you to log in or trade elsewhere.
Is there a minimum age to buy?
You must be at least 16 to create an account, and at least 18 (and the legal owner of the payment method you use) to place an order. Between 16 and 18 you can browse and build a cart, but not purchase. We ask for your date of birth at sign-up and confirm it before checkout.
