Refund Policy

Effective date: July 13, 2026

All purchases made on Skineriusou are for digital, non-tangible virtual items delivered to your Steam account. This policy explains when refunds apply.

1. All Sales Are Final

Once an Item has been delivered to your Steam account or a trade offer has been sent, the transaction is final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by law or provided under this policy.

2. Delivery Issues

If you do not receive an Item you paid for, please report it to us within 48 hours of purchase with your order details. If we are unable to deliver the Item, you are entitled to a re-delivery, store credit, or a full refund to your original payment method.

3. Failed Trades

We are not responsible for failed or delayed deliveries caused by:

  • An incorrect or invalid Steam Trade URL;
  • Account restrictions or Steam trade holds;
  • Private inventory or other user account settings.

Because we rely on third-party marketplaces to supply Items, occasional stock mismatches can occur. If an Item you ordered turns out to be unavailable, you will receive a full refund.

4. Fraud Prevention

Some orders may be subject to manual review, which can delay delivery. Orders suspected of fraud may be cancelled and refunded.
